The decision-making chain of command for any incident or decision-making need is listed below.  The list should be followed in order, going to the next person in line when the individual listed first is absent from the campus.  The Vice President for Communications and Strategic Initiatives should be kept fully informed in her absence to enable her office to respond appropriately to inquiries regarding the situation.

 

1.     The President

2.     The Dean of the College

3.     The Vice President for Finance and Administration

4.    Vice President for Communications and Strategic Initiatives who will assemble the

Appropriate individuals to serve as a decision making team, and will contact the

President in a timely manner.

5.     The Alumnae Director who will assemble the appropriate individuals to serve as a decision making team, and contact the President in a timely manner.

6.     The Vice President for Student Affairs who will assemble the appropriate individuals to serve as a decision making team, and contact the President in a timely manner.

7.     The Dean of Admissions who will assemble the appropriate individuals to serve as a decision making team, and contact the President in a timely manner.  

8.     The Vice President for Development who will assemble the appropriate individuals to serve as a decision making team, and contact the President in a timely manner.
