The Sweet Briar Card/Sweet Cash is Sweet Briar College's official identification card issued to all members of the College Community. It is required for identification, access to essential campus services and functions as a convenient payment method for services on campus. Your Sweet Briar Card is THE most important card that you will have at Sweet Briar College - vital for accesing campus services. Please protect your card and carry it with you at all times.
FACULTY & STAFF
An ID card is issued to each faculty and staff member at the Department of Safety Office. ID cards may be obtained during the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday. Replacement fee of $10.
STUDENTS
An ID card is issued to each student at the Department of Safety Office. The ID is issued at the beginning of the College year. The student is on her honor not to tamper with, borrow, or lend her ID card. The ID card is required by the College for cashing of checks at the Business Officer, for checking out books at the library and may be requested by any Department of the College at any time. The issue of the original ID card each school year is covered by the check-in fee. Lost, stolen or mutilated ID cards may be replaced for a $10 fee at the Department of Safety during the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday.
